- Orders are submitted via the shopping cart on our website and automatically emailed to orders@photoprintafrica.co.za for manual processing.
- Payment Process: PhotoPrint Africa does not process payments online. Upon checkout, you will receive our banking details via email. You must make payment to the provided account and send proof of payment to orders@photoprintafrica.co.za to confirm your order.
- Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of customization (e.g., design approval, production) and confirmation of payment. We will provide an estimated timeline via email after receiving your proof of payment.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be communicated to you via email upon checkout. Our rates, handled by Courier Guy, are as follows:
- 0-3kg: R150 (Standard Shipping)
- 0-3kg: R250 (Overnight Shipping)
- 5+kg: R400 (Standard Shipping)
Additional fees may apply for remote areas or special handling, and these will be communicated during order confirmation.
3. Shipping Methods
- We use Courier Guy for all deliveries, ensuring reliable and tracked shipping within South Africa.
- Overnight shipping is available for 0-3kg orders where Courier Guy services permit, subject to confirmation.
4. Delivery Times

- Overnight shipping, if selected, aims for next-business-day delivery, subject to Courier Guy’s schedule, order processing, and payment confirmation.
