Welcome to PhotoPrint Africa (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (photoprintafrica.com) and the submission of orders for personalized products. By accessing our website or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or submitting an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit orders.
2. Order Process
- Order Submission: You may submit orders for personalized products (e.g., mugs, t-shirts, etc.) via our website’s order form. Orders are emailed to our organization for manual processing.
- No Online Payments: No monetary transactions are processed on our website. Payment details will be communicated separately.
- Customization: You are responsible for providing accurate design, text, or image details for personalization. Designs must be submitted at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI to ensure quality standards. We reserve the right to reject orders with inappropriate or copyrighted content.
3. Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, and content on our website are owned by PhotoPrint Africa or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- By submitting your design, you warrant that you own the rights to the content or have permission to use it. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your design solely for fulfilling your order.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing information will be provided via email after order submission. No payments are processed online.
- Upon checkout, bank details will be provided for you to make payment. Please send proof of payment to orders@photoprintafrica.co.za to confirm your order.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices or availability based on market conditions or product customization requirements.
5. Delivery
- Delivery timelines and methods will be confirmed via email after order processing. Delays due to customization or unforeseen circumstances are possible, and we are not liable for such delays.
- Delivery costs will be communicated upon checkout:
- Courier Guy: 0-3kg – R150 (Standard Shipping), 0-3kg – R250 (Overnight Shipping), 5+kg – R400 (Standard Shipping).
6. Security
Our website is secured with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption and a valid digital certificate, ensuring that your order data is transmitted securely. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted online.
7. Limitation of Liability
- PhotoPrint Africa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
- We strive for quality but are not responsible for errors in personalization if caused by inaccurate information provided by you.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
- Orders may be canceled before processing begins; contact us via email at orders@photoprintafrica.co.za to request cancellation.
- Our refund policy is detailed in a separate document/page accessible on our website.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website for illegal activities, to upload malicious content, or to interfere with its operation. Violation may result in order rejection or legal action.
